There was a rumor circulating the internet (or at least it landed in my mailbox) that the WWF suits promised Tazz if he took a step down to the ECW to beat Awesome, that he would be involved in the main event of Wrestlemania 17. Sorry folks, that one is NOT true. While there may be a chance that Tazz is involved in the crown jewel of wrestling matches (you never really know with storylines), rest assured that Tazz's going to the ECW for a week was nothing more than the ECW and the WWF collectively slapping the WCW in the mouth and Mike Awesome for that matter for doing business the wrong way.

Judge Jeff Jones to the WCW to manage Mike Awesome? I don't think that the WCW will take a chance with having Jones come in simply because he is not as over as Awesome was and he is not a well known wrestling personality like Awesome is. If anything, it is looking more and more like the XPW will be using Jones' services for the next few weeks and perhaps the coming months.

Isn't it interesting how the XPW has just about all of the ex-ECW wrestlers working for them...Sabu, Candido, Douglas, Sytch, Jones, Public Enemy, Axl Rotten, etc...I think that the ECW lawsuit against the company will be successful. Have you seen their logo yet? If not, just imagine the letters XPW in the same EXACT format as the barbwire entrenched ECW logo.
