More WWE Crap, Nothing New
April 21, 2005
Before I get started I want to take this moment to personally thank all those who gracefully responded to the column regarding Eddie Guerrero, It got a lot of response from a lot of different types of people all saying the same thing. To know that everyone shares that view not seeing the wrong in what is being done to his good name makes me damn proud to do what I do, so for all that I thank for that, and taking the time to read what I write.
I am sitting here pondering the fact if I should even bother with the worthless crap WWE is doing..
I've been all over the internet the last couple of weeks watching and reading all that has been said on behalf of the church segment.
Personally I know I'm going to piss a lot of people off with this column and on the other hand I really don't care.
The nerve of some of the people to call Christians evil because of our beliefs, there are lines in this life you don't cross and Vince crossed the line, free speech or night, America or not, what he did was bullshit bottom line, anyone who disagrees with that has no buisness breathng because you are a moron. If your personal beliefs had been attacked you would be all over it too, and dont sit there and shake your heads because we all know you would we have seen it before.
I'm a Christian, I'm far from perefect it's all part of being human, but I don't go out and attack ones belifs in god or whoever they believe in I am a man of great respect and as I said there are some lines you don't cross.
I think I even remember someone calling christian wwe viewers marks because they disagree with the current storyline, and then they got into all the katie vic, and gay storyline babble calling whoever it was speaking at the time a hypocrite.
Anyone with common sense would remember the way parents groups, religious groups has constantly jumped all over every single storyline WWE has ever done in that fashion, does the RTC ring a bell?
You really didn't think that was just a coincidence did you?
Nah, I didn't think so..
WWE has mocked religious groups with the Ministry, I was in the live auidence when Undertaker made someone else on the roster drink his own blood.. Gee I wonder what Vince was getting at with the ministry..
But never personally has vince attacked God or Christianity in that fashion that he is now...
What happened after September 11th when JBL went to Germany and did the Nazi walk and got kicked off of MSNBC that went pretty much un-noticed by half of you idiots that like calling yourselves wrestling fans..
But that was funny to most of the people who did notice it, because about 85 percent of today's wrestling fans are just a bunch of kids who really don't know any better.
Like I said I have seen a lot of what certain people have said, and when the day comes you get attacked or something you deeply believe in gets attacked, I won't be as cruel hearted as some of you have been to me and my fellow people for what we believe in, but you'll know exactly how it feels and when you start complaining don't be suprised if you get labeled as a hypocrite.
Look at all the Christians in wrestling, who in fact you dont see anywhere near WWE, and for good reason, I bet nobody knew Hawk's last match was with that group of people before he died, that's pride in your beliefs.
Anyone with a quarter of a brain could just look at WWE roster, just the roster and see blasphemy written all over it hmm Kane and Undertaker are prime examples, but not many people can read between the lines to see what Vince is doing there, and if you think you can I challenge you to do so frankly I'm not shocked Vince did what he did, it's his way of trying to get back at the PTC and build himself as a heel that's all it is and in a few weeks this will be a forgotten memory.
Don't be too suprised if Shawn Michaels is out of WWE soon.
That in my book, makes you all hypocrites.
I have a rebuttal for everything anyone reading this wants to throw at me, because I know I'm gonnna gonna get a lot of hate mail and flammers off this but just because I've never mentioned the fact how much WWE has pissed me off or offended me in the past doesnt mean they haven't.
I was pissed when WWE pulled the whole thing with Austin, but that doesnt mean I didn't respect Austin as a worker, I'm not Mr. bandwagon I liked Austin pre-ECw when he was a Hollywood Blonde, but you go to WWE you might as well cut your heart out and hand it over, because you are working in an evil place, for a very demented person.
In my honest opinion you are all brainwashed into the concept thinking this is wrestling, I've seen real wrestling, I've been on the road and done it myself, I didn't bleed and sweet a sport that bashes peoples beliefs. Wrestling is about putting on a match, A concept WWE lost after the Iron Man match ironically between Shawn and Bret that was the last great match WWE has ever or will ever see.
A true wrestling fan, lives and breathes wrestling, if you want real wrestling i reccomend UFC or TNA, hell I could go to some kids backyard and find a better match on a trampoline than any of us ever could in WWE without pulling out a twenty year old tape.
Frankly again I don't care if I lose readers over this, because if me expressing myself as I have always done in the past offends you know, just ebcause its about a specific belief, then I don't want you reading my column in the first place.
I could sit here all night and preach how people attacking the christians are the kind of people that represent everything that is wrong with our so called great country, The thing is what Vince did last week was just a small peg in the cogwheel, everyone who calls themselves "Wrestling fans" have been bashing christians left and right, why? because we express our right to be offended by vince bashing one specific religion? Yet when Christians are people are against this storyline say it's bs you pull the freedom of expression bs to back Vince?
I guess it's ok for vince to do what he did because he attacked something you don't believe in.... hmmm land of the free indeed..
Now am i bad because i just proved a valid point?
In your eyes more than likely because there is no denying that statement is a one hundred percent proven fact. I wonder how many people are going to retract their statements now.....
Wrestling is wrestling, not these lame storylines that were written by people who used to write your mamma's soap opreas who don't know an wristlock from a wristwatch.
The people I really feel bad for are the talent stuck in WWE, guys like Rob Van Damn, Carlito, Eugene and all the other great wrestlers stuck there when they could be used right in TNA. Christan walked out and not five months later he is the World Champion of NWA.
Personally again if WWE had attacked Buddism, Hinduism, Muslim beliefs whatever, I would be just as offended like I said there is a line you don't cross Vince crossed that line.
I bet i catch even more heat beacuse I said i care about what Muslims believe, hey they are people too and they deserve to believe in what they want anyone that got offended by that needs to seek help again I proved you to be a hypocrite if that offended you. I know i got at least one.
Half the people that are speaking out against christians right now anyway are more part of the younger portion of the auidence and none of them or the adults really know any better if they did no kid would be allowed anywhere near a WWE show.
I truly hope i pissed some of you off, I honestly do, because if I did I obviously got my point across....
That's all I'm going to say.....
